I had a great experience using Waukegan Gurnee Auto Body shop. Tom was very helpful in answering all the questions I had. They have a good relationship with Enterprise where I got a discounted rate on my rental car while my car was in the shop. The shop also finished my car a day early. They also offered a great price for the work done.

They have done work on both of our vehicles. Tom (owner) is a great guy. He’s honest, he runs a high integrity business, his prices are more than reasonable, and his staff does an incredible job creating a high quality product. Highly recommend - you won’t find a better auto body shop anywhere. I’d give 6 stars if I could ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

GO HERE! Tom and his team are amazing. I went in for an estimate for a dent in my door (White Jeep Cherokee). His quote was much more reasonable vs the other 2 I had gotten. I dropped it off on 12/22. The next day, Tom called my husband and told him that they didn't plan to, but they stumbled upon the exact same door, and he felt that it was a much better way to do the repair. My husband asked him how much more it would be (our other estimates had quotes on replacing the whole door, and that option doubled the price). Tom told him it would be the same price as the original quote, because that was the price we were expecting to pay. Just WOW. He said it would be ready the morning of 12/24!! The other quotes were at least a week. I picked it up, and it looks perfect! I thought with the jeep being white, it may not look right. You would never know anything happened to it. I am beyond pleased with the quality of services, the reasonable price point, and amazing, old fashioned customer service. Go see Tom for whatever services your vehicle needs!

I had a white BMW CE-04 that I wanted black. Took the panels off and brought them in to have them painted. Tom was very helpful over the phone. They gave me a great price and finished even sooner than the time he estimated. Very happy with the results. [Included before (white) and after (black) photos]
